Don't Bump the Glump
I just had to tell you that Shel Silverstein's first poetry collection has gone back in print (after 3 decades)! It's a gorgeous book with color drawings: Don't Bump the Glump. It's absolutely fabulous. It opens with this:

ReplyDeleteI found a used copy of Where the Sidewalk Ends, just the other day in a thrift store. I had never seen a used Shel Silverstein book in my life. He was so good.

ReplyDeleteyou Should TOTALLY read Runny Babbit..... Also, I think it is the Giving Tree.... But Runny Babbit is my favorite posthumously published of his work....
